Baseline hemodynamic data of renal blood flow (RBF) and renal vascular resistance (RVR) in 8–12-week (a–d) and 24–28-week (e–h) animals in both genders. Data were expressed as the mean ± standard error of the mean. There was a significant difference in RBF between 24–28-week males and females () (e). The values of RBF and RVR were expressed based on per gram of left wet kidney weight.
