Plasma cytokine values in inflammation-bearing mice treated with thymulin and IKK Inhibitor XII. Five mouse groups were used: IB mice; IB mice pretreated with 20 mg/kg inhibitor; IB mice pretreated with thymulin; IB mice pretreated with thymulin plus inhibitor; and untreated controls. Each group consisted of 4 animals, which were examined individually. Each value is average mean ± SD from four mice; the measurements were made for each individual mouse in six duplicates.
