Differential Secondary Reconstitution of <i>In Vivo</i>-Selected Human SCID-Repopulating Cells in NOD/SCID versus NOD/SCID/γ chain<sup>null</sup> Mice

<table>Comparison of human hematopoietic cell engraftment in NSG versus NOD/SCID mice. Nonmanipulated umbilical cord blood CD34<sup>+</sup> cells (1 × 10<sup>4</sup>–5 × 10<sup>4</sup> per mouse) were transplanted into sublethally irradiated (300 cGy) NSG or NOD/SCID mice and human cell engraftment in the bone marrow (% human CD45<sup>+</sup> cells) analyzed 8 weeks later by flow cytometry.
