Estimation of H₂O₂ in the presence of catalase. (a) 200 μM H₂O₂ was incubated with different concentrations of CAT for 10 min. Validation of the method with CAT and 200 μM H₂O₂ treated with (c) or without (b) TCA. TCA treated H₂O₂ sample was neutralized with K₂HPO₄ before it was incubated with 20 U CAT followed by quantification. Results were the same regardless of using TCA. Different superscripts in Figure 3(a) indicate statistical significance at 𝑃≤0.04.
