Acute Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease (VKH). Initially, hypofluorescent patches in ICGA surrounded by hyperfluorescent spots (a, b) correspond to areas of exudative detachments. They appear faintly hyperautofluorescent in FAF (Figure 5(c) arrowhead). OCT shows a multilobe neurosensory detachment (Figure 5(d)). There was a significant decrease of inflammatory signs after treatment (e, f, g, h).
