Recent Developments and Applications on Discrete Fractional Equations and Related Topics
Description
Fractional differential equations have been of great interest recently. It is caused both by the intensive development of the theory of fractional differential equations itself and by the applications of such constructions in various sciences such as physics, mechanics, chemistry, and engineering. Along another line, it is well known that discrete analogues of differential equations can be very useful in applications. Due to the explosion in research within the fractional differential equation setting, research has led to new developments in theories of the fractional difference equations, fractional q equations. Furthermore, the study in dynamic equations on time scales is rapidly growing. The theory of dynamic equations unifies the theories of differential equations and difference equations. Therefore, it was expected to establish a general definition of fractional derivative on an arbitrary time scale and unify the theories of fractional differential equations and discrete fractional equations finally.
Thus, we invite authors to contribute to the original research articles as well as review articles as follows. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
- Recent developments in fractional difference equations
- Advances in fractional q-difference equations
- Development in fractional dynamic equations on special time scales hZ
- Latest technologies and testing for fractional derivative on an arbitrary time scale
