MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, and HBL-100 cells were treated for 1 hour with KP418  M and KP1019  M, then the cells were removed from the flasks, collected, resuspended in culture medium and seeded on 96 well plates. After 24 hours cell viability was determined by the MTT assay. Data are the mean optical density S.D. of two experiments each performed in quadruplicate. Data in parentheses represent the percentage of each treated group versus the relevant controls (T/C%), : , : versus controls, ANOVA, and Tukey-Kramer post test.
