Chromphore voiding patterns in children with dysfunctional voiding. Examples of NIRS data sets from 4 symptomatic children with NLUTD, all show a negative trend in [O₂Hb] and [tHb] from permission to void that continues through uroflow start. Marked decreases in [O₂Hb] and [tHb] occur in all subjects, some have periods of intermittent unsustained rise or an increase towards uroflow end, but all show a fall in [O₂Hb] and [tHb] during a substantial portion of the voiding cycle, while [HHb] shows lesser degrees of change.
