TSDC graphs from the ice doped with various concentrations of HCl. As increasing the concentration of HCl, the α and γ peaks become stronger and the β peak is affected weekly by the concentration of HCl. The strong currents for the concentrations % and % at the temperature higher than 200 K are due to the space charges. For the concentration, the γ peaks are overlapped by the space charge current.
