Type I collagen protects HT1080 cells against the doxorubicin-induced disorganization of cytoskeleton. After 24 h of exposure to subtoxic concentrations of doxorubicin (5 and 10 nM), cells were stained for F-actin or vinculin. (Bar = 20 m).
