Effects of FPRL1- and P2X7-agonists on neutrophil apoptosis. Neutrophils (106 cells/mL) were incubated for 18 h at 37°C in RPMI 1 6 4 0 - 1 0 % FBS in the absence (Control) or presence of WKYMVm ( 0 . 1 1 0 μM), MMK-1 ( 0 . 1 1 0 μM) or Bz-ATP ( 5 0 5 0 0 μM). Neutrophils were also incubated for 18 h at 4°C in the absence of FPRL1- or P2X7-agonists (Resting). After incubation, apoptosis of neutrophils was quantitated and expressed as a percentage of apoptotic cells. Data are the mean ± SD of 4 to 15 separate experiments.
