Effects of FPRL1- and P2X₇-agonists on neutrophil apoptosis. Neutrophils (10⁶ cells/mL) were incubated for 18 h at 37°C in RPMIFBS in the absence (Control) or presence of WKYMVm ( μM), MMK-1 ( μM) or Bz-ATP ( μM). Neutrophils were also incubated for 18 h at 4°C in the absence of FPRL1- or P2X₇-agonists (Resting). After incubation, apoptosis of neutrophils was quantitated and expressed as a percentage of apoptotic cells. Data are the mean ± SD of 4 to 15 separate experiments.
