SDS-PAGE analysis of 7A7 mAb and 7A7 F(ab′)2 fragment. 7A7 mAb and 7A7 F(ab′)2 fragment were separated by SDS-PAGE under non-reducing conditions (a) and under reducing conditions with β-mercaptoethanol (b). Gels were stained with Coomassie Blue. Analysis was performed three times with similar results. Representative data are shown.
