Isoflurane Enhances the Moonlighting Activity of GAPDH: Implications for GABAA Receptor Trafficking

Effects of isoflurane on GAPDH activity with and without ULVs. GAPDH was incubated with ULVs, which were either enriched with phosphatidyl-choline (a) or phosphatidylserine (b), prior to measurement of enzyme activity. Samples were exposed to isoflurane (55 μM) and compared with those without agent. Data are presented as means of duplicate measurements from a representative experiment. Error bars indicate standard deviation.
