T47D breast (a) and NCI-H1299 lung (b) cancer cells overexpressing RASSF1A or RASSF1C were treated with TNF-α for 24 hr and then cells were assayed for cell viability/proliferation. RASSF1A overexpression significantly enhanced while RASSF1C overexpression significantly reduced the sensitivity of cells to TNF-α.
