Time course of IFN-γ production from human PBMCs after incubation with different amounts of B. anthracis cell wall preparation and LeTx. Supernatants were harvested at 24, 48, and 72 hours, respectively, after the incubation. The amount of released IFN-γ was measured by using ELISA. Each sample was tested in triplicate. Data in the figure represent samples from 6 different donors.
