A New Fluorescence-Based Reporter Gene Vector as a Tool for Analyzing and Fishing Cells with Activated Wnt Signaling Pathway

<table>Western Blot analysis of HEKT-STE4-1-5 1C cells treated with 1 mM LiCl for 1, 4, 24, or 48 hours as indicated. eGFP protein is detected in the membrane fraction but not in the cytoplasm and slightly increased 24 and 48 hours after treatment. Highest <i>β</i>-catenin protein concentration was detected at 24 hours in the cytoplasm. Concentration of nonphosphorylated <i>β</i>-catenin in the membrane fraction remained constant, but the phosphorylated form decreased within time.</table>
