Inhibition of Ad41 infectivity. The Ad41 was incubated with the activating domain alone (a), BSA (b) or fusion protein ParAd41/AD (c) and was allowed to infect cells in culture as described in Section 2. Viral protein production was analyzed by immunofluorescence 24 h after infection.
