Example of detailed EXAFS data analysis using the GNXAS set of programs. The EXAFS panel displays the various single contribution to the total theoretical signals and their comparison to the experimental one at the bottom. Signals are mainly grouped in 3 shells. The FT panel displays the theoretical and experimental FTs compared. The three main peaks are related to the atomic species belonging to the near imidazole, as indicated by arrows in the figure, and correspond to the three grouped shells of the EXAFS panel.
