Decreased pulmonary Th2 cytokine and chemokine responses in TSLPR−/− mice in response to HDM. Mice were immunized and challenged with HDM as before. IL-1 , IL-13, IL-33, TSLP, CCL11 (Eotaxin-1), CCL17 (TARC), CCL22 (MDC), and CCL24 (Eotaxin-2) were measured in the lung homogenate by ELISA (a–h) from HDM treated WT and TSLPR−/− mice at 24 h after the third challenge.
