Protein Kinase C (PKC) Isozymes and Cancer

Multiple signaling pathways, involving PKC isozyme regulation and signal transduction, are affected during cancer. PKC isozymes directly or indirectly participate in diverse biological phenomena in cancer cells such as cell migration, invasion, survival, proliferation, and apoptosis.
