Antinociceptive Effects of the Serotonin and Noradrenaline Reuptake Inhibitors Milnacipran and Duloxetine on Vincristine-Induced Neuropathic Pain Model in Mice

Figure 2

Vincristine (VCR; 0.1 mg/kg, i.p.) or saline was administered once per day for 7 days (days 0–6) to mice. On day 14, the withdrawal responses to mechanical stimulation using a von Frey filament (0.4 g) were measured at 0 min (Pre) and 30, 60, and 120 min after a single administration of milnacipran (40 mg/kg, i.p.) (a) or duloxetine (20 mg/kg, i.p.) (b). Significant differences between the groups were assessed with two-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s test. compared with the saline control group.
