The Anticandidal and Toxicity Properties of Lampranthus francisci

Table 1

Summary of the antifungal activities of the L. francisci extracts. The table shows percentage decrease in fungal growth compared to the untreated control at the highest concentration of miconazole/plant extract expressed as a percentage. The highest concentration of miconazole was 100 µg/mL, while that of the plant extracts was 1 mg/mL. Where the growth increased, the growth is indicated by a “+.” The results of drug accumulation are also shown, expressed as a percentage decrease in R6G accumulation compared to the cells treated with reserpine.
