Combinations of siRNAs against La Autoantigen with NS5B or hVAP-A Have Additive Effect on Inhibition of HCV Replication

Effect of siRNAs used individually and in combination on HCV replication. Only combination of La autoantigen with hVAP-A or HCV NS5B shows syndergistic effect on HCV inhibition. Other combinations of siRNAs could not improve the overall level of inhibition of HCV.
