The Brigade-Recognized Picture evolution following additional sensor-based information. In both illustrations, the “ground truth” deployment of the Blue forces is shown. In the initial stages of the simulation, a few indicators of Red perceived force locations are reported, shown by the two circles in the left hand illustration. As the situation evolves over simulation time, the sensors pick up more of the perceived Red locations, shown in the right hand illustration. These changing assessments of Red layout of forces form the basis of the evolution of the Recognized Picture and the Plan Repair Process.
