Effect of varying concentrations of carbofuran on the activity of AChE from rat brain was observed by carrying out the enzyme assay employing 100 µg protein at pH 7.4 of phosphate buffer as described in Section 2. The enzyme was stored in phosphate buffer (50 mM, pH 7.4) containing 0.2% Triton X-100.
