Electropherograms in lithium borate for two different oligoAAs, AA5 and AA15, produced by RAFT polymerization, where 5 and 15 correspond to the degree of polymerization obtained at the maximum of the mass spectrum from ESI-MS-TOF (electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry-time of flight) direct infusion (adapted from [38]). AA15 is not separated by molar mass; it is thus in the critical conditions. The bottom electropherogram is of the RAFT agent, that is, the control agent for the polymerization.
