The in vitro effects of CPE treatment on the estrogen, androstenedione, and testosterone secretion. Estrogen (a) secretion was significantly () increased in 10 μg/ml and 100 μg/ml whereas, androstenedione (b) secretion was significantly decreased in the 10 μg/ml- and 100 μg/ml-treated groups compared to the control. Furthermore, testosterone (c) secretion was elevated only at the 100 μg/ml-treated group. Different alphabet letters above the bar graph indicate statistically significant differences between groups.
