RTOG 9508 [30]. SRS improved survival in patients with a single BrM. Subset analysis suggested there was a potential benefit for patients with NSCLC, RPA class I, or patients that were <50 years old with 2 to 3 metastasis. Patients in the study receiving SRS also had improved KPS with decreased steroid dependence.
