Coupled mode theory prediction of peak reflected power as a function of the silicon slab waveguide height for grating lengths of 500, 1000, and 1500 μm. Simulations are performed with regard to amorphous silicon induced via self-implantation. The depth of amorphous silicon is taken to be 100 nm.
