Complex effective refractive index 𝑁_𝑛𝜅=𝑛+𝑖𝜅 for the five-treated titanium surfaces shown in Figure 3 at 𝐸_𝜆=1.959 eV; whereas parabola 𝑛=−𝜅+𝜅²(1+𝑎²)−𝑎𝑏 with constants 𝑎=1.616 and 𝑏=−5.848 respects projection of dielectric line shown in Figure 2.
