Electromagnetic Fields Effects on the Secondary Structure of Lysozyme and Bioprotective Effectiveness of Trehalose

Acquired spectra in mid-infrared region from 3400 to 2800 cm−1 of lysozyme in D2O solution. Red line represents the exposed sample spectrum, after 3 h of exposure to a magnetic field of 180 T. The increases of CH2 bands at 2921 and 2853 cm−1 for exposed sample can be observed.
