Table S1 reports the relative abundances of 16S rRNA gene OTUs across samples. The sequence IDs for each OTU appear in rows, and sample IDs are in columns. Values throughout the table indicate the relative abundance of a given OTU in a given sample, calculated as described in the Materials and Methods section.
