In each case a denaturing gel, showing the raw data, and a scan of the gel, showing the substrate remaining with time, are given. In these experiments Pol-D exo⁻ (H445A) was used. These experiments were repeated four times and very similar inhibition was seen in every case. The data points in the scans have an error of <15%.
