Phosphatidylcholine in Krill Meal and Krill Oil as a Source of Choline for Prevention of Intestinal Steatosis in Atlantic Salmon

The specific growth rate (SGR) and Thermal growth coefficient (TGC) of fish after 8 weeks of feeding on respective test diets. The SGR and TGC were significantly higher in the choline-supplemented diets in comparison to Ref 0, with the most significant growth observed in KM2 and KO1 groups.
