Analysis of cytokines in EPC-CM. The culture media of EPC colonies were collected after 48-hour incubation in serum-free condition. (a) Concentrations of cytokines in supernatant were measured by ELISA. (b) Ten thousand cells were cultured in wells of 24-well plate with EPC-CM (closed circle) or HUVEC-CM (open circle) of the following concentrations: 0%, 5%, 10%, 20%, and 40%, respectively. The number of endothelial cell colonies was counted after 14-day culture. The mean ±SD of triplicates-presented at each point in comparison to HUVEC-CM group. *.
