BM-TNCs migrated significantly towards SDF-1 + ATP. BM-TNCs were subjected to 100 ng/mL SDF-1 and/or 100 M ATP as migratory stimulant in a Boyden chamber for 24 h; medium was employed to estimate spontaneous migration in absence of any migratory stimuli.
