The proportion of CD184+ cells was lower after incubation with SDF-1. Following incubation for 24 h with medium (“incubation control”), 100 ng/mL SDF-1 (“SDF-1 incubation”), 100 M ATP (“ATP incubation”), or a combination of both (“SDF-1 + ATP incubation”), BM-TNCs were analysed by flow cytometry. Cell populations were evaluated as described in Figure 1. CD184+ cell proportion decreased significantly after incubation with SDF-1, while other populations were not affected.
