Amount of alpha-gal expressed as number of epitopes for each 10 mg of wet tissue weight in porcine aortic and pulmonary cusps before (native) and after different detergent-based decellularization treatment ( for each samples treatment). The numbers of epitopes were determined by comparison with a standardized source of alpha-gal (rabbit red blood cells).
