Histomorphology of MLL. The epidermis showed mild acanthosis, elongated rete ridges, basal melanocytic proliferation, and hyperpigmentation ((a), 20x). The dermis revealed reactive lobular vascular proliferation with congestion and mild lymphocytic infiltration similar to stasis dermatitis ((b), 10x).
