Optical Constants of - and -Zinc(II)-Phthalocyanine Films

Experimental dataset (open symbols) consisting of (a) 5 samples of -ZnPc and (b) 5 samples of -ZnPc with various nominal thicknesses, characterized by one transmittance curve each, and the curves which were fitted with a single set of optical constants used for all layer thicknesses (solid line). In the lower part, the residuals of the fitting process are shown. For the sake of clarity, subsequent residual spectra are displayed with a vertical offset. The insets show the respective scale bars for the residuals. The nominal film thicknesses are given.
