Phylogenetic dendrogram among 25 translated amino acid sequences of serine protease. The tree was constructed using a neighbor-joining algorithm with 1000 bootstrappings by MEGA 6 software [39]. The scale bar represents 0.1 substitutions per amino acid position. The serine protease sequences were obtained from the GenBank database. GenBank accession numbers of the sequences were indicated before the strain name. The putative serine protease of G. antarctica strain PI12 has been deposited in GenBank with accession number CAQ76821.
