Effect of temperature towards protease activity. The reaction was carried out in temperature ranging from 10°C to 35°C at pH 7 for 30 min. A one-way ANOVA was used to test for preference differences among six different temperatures. The statistical value ( value <0.05) between temperature is 0.067.
