SDS-PAGE analysis of the in vitro transcription-translation product. The pET-29b vector containing the full-length tyrosinase-like gene cDNA was transcribed from a T7 promoter and translated, as described in Section 2. Translation products were subjected to 10% SDS-PAGE as described in Section 2 and visualized by Coomassie brilliant blue R-250. Lane M, perfect protein markers (Novagen): lane 1, about 20 μg of translation product of the transcript from the pET-29b vector containing the full-length tyrosinase-like gene cDNA: lane 2, about 20 μg of translation product of the transcript from the pET-29b vector only.
