Production of recombinant T. reesei CBHII in W. anomalus 54-A at 2.4 L scale. Recombinant T. reesei CBHII was produced at 2.4 L with 1% (w/v) glucose and 1% (w/v) glycerol. Production was followed by 117 h after the final feeding step. Dissolved oxygen (%), cell density (gL⁻¹), and extracellular enzyme activity (U L⁻¹) are reported.
