Minocycline and tetracycline decrease caspase 3 activation after hemorrhage and resuscitation. H/R was performed, as described in Figure 1, and caspase 3 activity was assessed in liver homogenates after sham operation or resuscitation with vehicle, minocycline, or tetracycline.
