Electrocatalytic OER and HER activity of the CoS, N-Co₉S₈, and S,N-Co₉S₈ catalysts. (a) OER polarization curves, (b) the associated Tafel plots, (c) HER polarization curves, and (d) the corresponding Tafel plots of the prepared catalysts. All of the polarization curves were obtained at 5.0 mV s⁻¹ in an alkaline KOH (1.0 M) electrolyte. For comparison purposes, RuO₂ and Pt/C were also tested.
