Androstene hormone and dexamethasone activation of the human GR in the presence of cyproterone acetate. Reporter cells were treated with dexamethasone and cyproterone acetate alone or androstene hormones with dexamethasone and cyproterone acetate (), incubated for 24 hours, and then assayed for luciferase activity.
