Confocal images of lamin A-GFP in hMSCs. The hMSCs at passage 3 were transduced with the lamin A-EGFP lentiviral vector and after 3 days of the cells were cotransduced with FKC8 lentivirus vector. For caspase-8 activation, cells were treated with 100 nM AP20187 for 4 hours. Confocal Z-stacks ( nm) were taken from living cells. The x-y images of m2 show a maximum projection, and the sequential x-z image sections show equal intervals along the y-axis. Top images are of a typical passage 4 cell (PS 4), and bottom images are of a typical caspase-8 activated (FKC8) cell.
