GRp58 protein acidic isoelectric points decreased in 2DE gels in fasted and leptin treated rats compared to vehicle-treated control fed rats. Gastric mucosa proteins were extracted and separated on an immobilized pH 4–7 non-linear gradient strip followed by separation on a 12% polyacrylamide gel.
