Determination of REHb𝛽P binding to the LPS by ELISA. REHb𝛽P bound to LPS in a dose-dependent manner. Maximum binding was observed with 60.61 𝜇M of peptide. No binding of nREHb𝛽P to the LPS was observed. Values represent the mean ± S.D. of triplicate determinations performed on different days. Level of significance (^∗𝑃<0.05 and ^∗∗𝑃<0.001 in compared to nREHb𝛽P group) were calculated by ANOVA test followed by a post hoc Bonferroni analysis.
